I have not given up on my ideas though. I've given it some thought and have decided to simply get my own domain name and host the site elsewhere. That will give me complete control over the code and appearance. This blog can still be linked to the home page of that site for quick news updates.
Time frame? The summer time will be a little easier to work on this, but in all reality, I hope to have something up by late fall. With the kids in activities (and I seem to be a glutton for punishment by volunteering for everything) there will be stretches that I won't be able to work on it at all.
Once I have my own site and a beta version of it up, I'll start promoting it. Until then, have a great summer!
